ACY1617 Academy Plastics 1/72 Republic F-84 E/G Jet
TECH NOTES
This is a 1/72 Plastic F-84E/G Thunderjet Model Kit from Minicraft Models.
It's for ages 10 and up.
The F-84E was the first jet powered craft made by the republic. The "E"
version added twelve inches to the fuselage and the cockpit area for the
comfort of pilots. Internal fuel capacity was increased and the underwing
bomb pylons were modified to handle an additional pair of 230 gallon drop
tanks in place of bombs. The "G" version was the last straight-wing variant
and the first fighter designed to carry and deliver nuclear weapons.
FEATURES: Plastic pieces attached to sprues and molded in grey.
Exterior surface of plane is complete with metal seams, bolt heads,
and hatches.
Detailed cockpit is complete with a seat, gauges, and controls.
Additional drop tanks may be attached to the exterior of the
fuselage.
Landing gear system is faithful to the real plane.
Weapons loadout consists of a bristling array of rocketry.
Kit includes a small black stand for display purposes.
Detailed pictorial instructions guide you through assembly.
