TECH NOTES

This is a French "bisquine" from the 17th Century. The bisquine vessels are
easy to identify due to their characteristic shape and extensive sails.

REQUIRES: CA glue, 6 minute epoxy
          Sanding paper
          Hobby knife, razor saw
          Metric ruler
          Paint
          Wood clamps (something like cloths pins)

COMMENTS: This is a one star boat.  Billing Boats rates there boats on a zero
            to three scale.  Zero stars is the easiest to build and
            three is the hardest.
          This boat would be a good second boat.
Mahogany Stain is recommended per Billings, customer may wish to visit their
local hardware store for a urethane stain.
THE LA CANCALAISE IS A 1/40TH SCALE VERSION OF A FRENCH "BISQUINE".  THIS
IS A ONE STAR BOAT WHICH IS AN APPROPRIATE SECOND BOAT.
