COMMENTS: The "addendum" sheet says that the charge indicator LED may go out as
            the battery approaches full charge if used with a bad battery or
            battery with abnormally high voltage. When fast charge is done the
            LED flashes, indicating the TRICKLE charge has begun.
          To Determine The Condition Of The Battery, Run It In The Model, Then
            Compare The Run Time To A Known Good Battery.
          The Instructions For The Charger Are Printed Directly On The Box,
            There Is No Separate Instruction Sheet.
