TECH NOTES
         This is the Dumas 1954 Chris Craft Commander Express Cruiser
                 Electric Powered Radio Controlled Boat Kit.
         For modelers with intermediate to advanced building skills.

FEATURES: Designed for radio control and twin propeller power.
          Laser cut mahogany cabin parts.
          Stripped plank balsa wood hull.
          Cast metal deck hardware for added realism.
          Molded styrene seats, air vents, and servo tray.

INCLUDES: One Dumas 1954 Chris Craft Commander Express Cruiser Boat Kit with:
            plans, instruction manual, flags, decal sheet, clear plastic sheet
            for cabin windows, cast metal exhaust ports, lights and hardware,
            poplar and birch frame sections, mahogany deck and hull planking,
            styrene seats, air vents, and servo tray.

REQUIRES: Two channel radio with 2 servos (if using mechanical speed control),
            building tools, enamel paint, mechanical or electronic speed
            control, two 6 volt motors, solder, soldering iron, 6 cell flat
            battery pack (two 6 cells will give longer run time, 7 cell will
            not fit),

COMMENTS: This kit is not designed for nitro power.
          Dumas offers an optional acrylic stand, part #2112 (we don't carry).

          For spray painting Dumas recommends Krylon or Testors enamel in the
            following colors:
          Gloss White: Hull (above water line), Cabin Top, Cabin Exterior
            (partial), Pilot Seats, Rear Seat.
          Red: Rudders, Hull (below waterline).
          Black: Boot Topping (waterline).
          Brass or Brown: Ship's Wheel.
          Natural: Front Deck, Rear Deck, Side Boards, Cabin Exterior (partial)
            Rear Cabin (interior), Windshield Frames, Console, Cabin Entry Way,
            Transom.

REQUIRES: 2CH RADIO W/1 STANDARD SERVO, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC SPEED CONTROL
    CA & EPOXY GLUES, BUILDING TOOLS, ENAMEL PAINT.
