non-functional navigation light

INCLUDES: All wood to build the kit, flags, mylar decals, deck fittings,
neoprene cockpit coaming, driveline hardware, instruction book,
and full-size plans

REQUIRES: Tools, paint and glue
Motor, battery, speed control, and radio equipment required if
wanting to use as radio control model
