This is the Futaba R149DP 9-Ch 72MHz PCM 1024 Dual Conversion Receiver.
This receiver works with both High and Low band crystals
and replaces the older R149DP receivers on separate High and Low bands.
FEATURES: Narrow-band spacing and Dual Conversion signal filtering combine to
provide exceptionally clear, interference-free reception and
amazingly smooth, accurate control

REQUIRES: One Dual Conversion Receiver Crystal depending on channel required;
Low Band,  (ch 11-35) FUTL57**
High Band, (ch 36-60) FUTL58**
High Band, (ch 61-90) FUTL59**

COMMENTS: To Identify as newer R149DP from the older ones, remove the crystal
and look at the PCB board that is standing up. If there are no
traces and solder (just an empty board) it is the new one.
1024 Resolution is NOT Compatible with Older PCM 512 Systems.
For the transmitter/receiver crystal set, use FUTL20**.
Special Notice about Frequency Changes-
*72MHz- You may change channels within this band.
*50MHz, 27MHz and 75MHz receiver crystals Can be changed anywhere
within the respective bands. There are no High or Low bands such
as the 72MHz band has.
*Transmitter Crystals cannot be changed to another channel except
by a licensed service center. It is against FCC regulations, and
illegal for the user to change a frequency determining component
of a transmitter. If the radio is not retuned, it can be a hazard
spectators, modelers or property, and void AMA insurance coverage.
*Check with the local R/C club for the frequencies used in your area.
