TECH NOTES
The Super Sportster .40 MK II Combines the Best Features of the Original Kit
with the Latest Engineering Advances for an Even Sleeker Profile that Builds
Easier and Flies Even Better Than Before.
This is a good kit for someone who has flown low wing aircraft safely.
FEATURES: All balsa construction
Performs almost any aerobatic maneuver, but with built-in stability
for slow gentle landings.
INCLUDES: All wood to build the kit, clear canopy, adjustable nylon motor mount
ABS wheel pants, pre-bent wire landing gear, full size rolled
plans, photo illustrated instruction manual, pushrods and hardware
bag.
REQUIRES: Engine: .40-.46 (2-stroke) or .40-.70 (4-stroke)
Radio:  4 channel w/ 4 servos
Covering: Two 6 foot rolls
Misc. Items: One 10oz fuel tank and fuel tubing, two 2 1/2"
treaded wheels, one 1" tailwheel, one 2 1/2" spinner,
wheel collars, foam rubber, and assorted building and
field equipment.

COMMENTS: The Super Sportster 40 MK II is the 2nd version of the Super
Sportster 40, hence the MK II in its name. The following is a list
of the major differences between the original and the MK II version:
Longer Nose: This changed the center of gravity making it easier
to balance.
Fuselage: The fuse pieces interlock with each other making a tighter
fit for better glue joints and straighter, stronger construction
Wheel Pants: They are more rigid and more secure than the originals
Rudder was enlarged and the elevator area reduced (this gives better
resistance to elevator flutter).
