REQUIRES: Power Source such as AC 110 volt wall outlet OR DC 12-volt power with
            at least 6 amps such as HCAP0250 Power Supply OR HCAP0800, the
            TorqMaster battery.

COMMENTS: To determine the condition of the battery, run it in the model, then
            compare the run time to a known good battery.
          The instructions for the charger are printed directly on the box,
            there is no separate sheet of instructions.
