HLR80445 Heller 1/125 Concorde
TECH NOTES
This is a 1/125 Plastic Concorde Plane from Heller.
The Concorde is one of the most famous airliners in service today thanks to the fact that it is the only one capable of cruising at supersonic speeds. A product of cooperation between the British Aircraft Corporation and the French Aerospatiale company, Concorde first flew in March 1969. The first passenger flights occurred in 1976 and today Concorde primarily operates on transatlantic routes between New York and London or Paris, as well as Middle East routes. Concorde is powered by four afterburning Rolls Royce Olympus 593 engines and can fly at over twice the speed of sound.
FEATURES: 1/125th scale plastic kit for static display.
81 parts in white and clear with raised and recessed panel lines.
Engine nacelles with detailed fan fronts and exhaust nozzles.
Detailed wheel wells, landing gear, and tail bumper.
Clear windshield with optional position nose; for take-off and
landing the Concorde's nose droops giving the pilots better
visibility out of the cockpit.
