      This is a 1/72 Scale Schwimmwagen Plastic Model Kit from Hasegawa.

         WWII German amphibious multi-purpose light vehicle
  Service History: Based on the "Volkswagen - people's car", the schwimmwagen
  was an amphibious vehicle which could seat up to four people.  In addition to
  its wheels, the vehicle was fitted with a propeller which moved it when in
  the water.  The primary use of the schwimmwagen was as a reconnaissance and
  liaison vehicle
