TECH NOTES
 Latina has designed the Capstan to be used in the construction of their model
 ships.  The Capstan is a device consisting of a vertical cylinder rotated to
 hoist weights by winding in a cable.

FEATURES: Light colored wood construction (Picture in your mind a cafe
            bar stool - the capstan resembles this)
          It has pre-drilled holes for placement of wire or thread
          Wooden pegs are dark brown

INCLUDES: Two 20mm Capstans w/12 Wooden Pegs

COMMENTS: Parts may also be used in various craft projects
