TECH NOTES
   This is a Super 1/144 Plastic The Independence Douglas C-118 Harry Truman's
      Presidential Transport "Legends of Aviation" Aircraft by Minicraft.
   For collectors ages 12 and older, though recommended for adult collectors.

     "The Independence" was built by Douglas Aircraft Company at Santa Monica,
California, and was delivered to the Air Force in July of 1947, for the use of
the United States and Government officials and dignitaries as designated by the
President of the United States.

FEATURES: 66 light gray plastic pieces molded to sprue trees.
          Clear piece for the cockpit window included.
          Listed as a skill level 2.
          Various antennas located on the underside of the fuselage.
          Four three-propeller engines.
          Engines are detailed.
          Detailed landing gear.
          This is a passenger aircraft.
          Waterslide decals.
          Detailed pictorial instructions with specs for actual plane.

          Airframe Colours:
            -Natural Metal, Very Light Gray.
          Detail Colours:
