TECH NOTES
    This is the .46LA engine from O.S. Max designed for sport airplane use.
          This is a non-ringed engine with a Two-Year Warranty.
    This engine has a natural finish w/"O.S." & "46LA" on the side.

FEATURES: 1-piece crankcase
          Crankshaft is set in one long bronze Oilite bushing (no bearings)
          Schnuerle porting (AKA Schnuerle scavenging)
          Side exhaust
          Nylon backplate with remote needle valve
          40D carburetor
          Aluminum piston with nickel-plated brass cylinder liner.

          One instruction manual and sticker sheet

          Two 3x30mm phillips head screws to bolt muffler to engine

REQUIRES: Glow Plug (O.S. #A3 is recommended - OSMG2690)
          Fuel with 5% - 15% Nitromethane and 18% (minimum) oil content
            (Most of the 5%-15% fuels we carry meet these requirements)

COMMENTS: The factory setting of the needle valves are as follows:
             High speed needle: Turn all the way in and back out 2 turns.
             Air Bleed screw: Turn all the way in and back out 2 turns.
          The cover plate for the FX Series will NOT work on this engine.
