TECH NOTES
    This is a 1/7 Scale, Radio Controlled, Glow Powered, Balsa and Plywood
           Top Flite Gold Edition Hawker Sea Fury MK11 Airplane Kit.
                 For Intermediate to Advanced Modeler/Flyers.
        Recommended for modelers who have mastered low wing airplanes.

   In 1942, Britain's Royal Air Force saw the need for a good long range
  fighter...but it was the Royal Navy which picked up the Fury and introduced
  it to their Air Fleet in 1948. Named the Sea Fury, it proved a capable
  warrior, and in 1949 set a speed record flying from London to Rome. The
  former warbird is often seen today at events such as the Reno Air Races,
  which in 1999 featured eight Sea Fury contenders.

FEATURES: CAD-engineered wood parts interlock perfectly for fast, easy assembly
          Wings is a one-piece, fully interlocking, lock-and-tab, I-beam
            construction.
          The wing fairing is built-up for a perfect fuselage to wing fit.
          The entire airplane is sheeted with balsa for an ideal smooth
            finishing surface.
          Spacious radio compartment allow easy radio gear installation and
            quick fuel tank access.
          Hand-laid, gel-coated fiberglass cowl is strong and lightweight.
          Includes many ABS plastic detail parts such as air scoops, wing
            blisters and landing gear doors.
          Clear butyrate canopy.
          Heavy-duty wire landing gear is provided, or you can add optional,
            standard, custom-designed pneumatic retracts. (see Accessories
            Needed under Optionals)
          Dual aileron servos simplify set-up and add precision to control
            the airplanes response.
          Tailwheel is placed at the scale location.
          Instructions include tips for creating an arrestor hook, 5-bladed
            static display propeller and fully operational flaps.
          The wing can be built with or without flaps. Full instructions are
            included for building the flaps. The flaps add realism to the
            airplane and are also effective to slow the airplane for landings.
          Includes a hardware package.
          Includes an adjustable nylon engine mount.

INCLUDES: All wood to construct the airplane, pushrods, prebent 3/16" wire main
            landing gear, 3/32" tailwheel wire, 60-120 nylon adjustable engine
            mount, hardware package, fiberglass cowling, clear canopy, decals,
            photo-illustrated instructions, full-size rolled plans,
            ABS radiator scoop, wing blisters and landing gear/wheel covers.

                   the exhaust inside of the cowling (ONLY FITS 60-75) OR OTHER
              OR  .91-1.20 (15 - 20cc) (4-stroke)(mounts inverted)
          Radio:  4-7 Channel (7th channel might be used if flap servos are
                               ran separately.)
          Servos: 5-8 standard (2-ailerons, 1-elevator, 1-rudder, 1-trottle)

COMMENTS: The pilot shown inside the plane is not included, use TOPQ9000 1/7th
            scale WWII Full Body Pilot.
          Optional cockpit kit, use TOPQ8412.
          Optional dummy radial engine, use (9) of WBRQ3200.  This will fit
            the opening of the cowl, but with a spinner this will not be very
            visible.
          The airplane pictured on the box was covered in these Top Flite
            MonoKote colors: Dove Gray, Insignia Blue, Black and White.
