TRU0127A   Tru Turn   Adapter Kit Zenoah G45/G62

TECH NOTES
   This is an Adapter Kit Used To Mount Tru-Turn Aluminum Spinners Onto The:
                         Zenoah G45 and G62 Engines.

FEATURES: This Bolt Replaces The Crankshaft End On The Zenoah Engine.  The Head
            Of The Bolt Has A Threaded Hole.  The Screw That Goes Through The
            Tip Of The Spinner Is Screwed Into The Hole At The End Of The Bolt.
            This Secures The Spinner And Prevents The Spinner From Coming Loose

INCLUDES: One Adapter Bolt

REQUIRES: 17mm Wrench To Tighten Bolt
          Tru Turn Spinner

SPECS:    Adapter Bolt Thread Size: 10 x 1.25 x 50mm
          Spinner Mounting Bolt Thread Size: 10-32

COMMENTS: For the G38, use TRUQ4035.
          For the G23, use TRUQ4025.
          To Mount A Tru Turn Spinner On A Zenoah G45 or G62, The Hole In The
            Backplate Must Be Precision Reamed To .394 (10mm).  This Must Be
            Done Accurately.  Use The Zenoah Washer Under Your Tru Turn
            Adapter Bolt, Then Check Closely For Threads Bottoming Out Or
            Interfering.  Tru Turn Will Modify The Backplate For A Small Fee
            And Postage Paid.
          The 10-32 Screw That Comes With The Spinner Might Require Cutting,
            Depending On The Propeller Used.
